How do I place an order?
Choose your product and size, add it to the cart, then enter your name, phone number and address. You pay the courier in cash when the order arrives.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is the only payment method at the moment, and no card details are collected anywhere on this site.
Where do you deliver?
Across Lebanon. Delivery is free on orders of $50.00 or more. Below that a small delivery fee applies, shown before you confirm.
How do I know which size to order?
Every product that comes in sizes has a size guide telling you exactly what to measure. If you are between two sizes, message us before ordering.
Can I ask a question before ordering?
Yes, and it is free. Send a message on WhatsApp describing what you need and we will tell you which product suits, or tell you honestly if none of ours does.
Can I exchange a product?
Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Unused items in their original packaging can usually be exchanged. Hygiene items cannot be returned once opened.
