Terms of use

• Placing an order on this site is a request to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is agreed when we confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp.
• We may decline an order if a product has sold out, if the price shown was clearly wrong, or if we cannot reach you to confirm.
• Prices are in US dollars and include the product only. Delivery is shown separately before you confirm.

We keep stock levels and prices up to date, but a product can sell out between your order and our confirmation. If that happens we will tell you and either wait for it, offer an alternative, or cancel that line.

• The products on this site provide support and comfort. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing here says a product treats, cures or heals any condition.
• If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, ask a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a condition, an injury, or have had surgery, ask them before using any support.
• Product descriptions, materials and measurements are given in good faith. Manufacturers occasionally change specifications without telling us.

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered, in the condition described. We are not responsible for how a product is used, or for any outcome of using it against the advice of a healthcare professional.

We may change these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
